Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your Naya Cube. If it isn't right for you, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Returns of your Cube and membership cancellations are handled separately and are covered in their own sections below.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your Naya Cube to request a return for a full refund. We call this our 30-day money-back guarantee. You are welcome to set up and try the Cube during this window. Opening and using the device does not affect your eligibility for a refund.

Returns

If the Cube isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Just keep it in working condition and pack it up with the accessories, cables, and mount it came in with, and have your order number or receipt ready. There is no restocking fee.

If your Cube comes back damaged or missing parts, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@tryblossm.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and simple instructions. Please wait to hear back from us before shipping anything, so your return reaches the right place.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned Cube, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement for the same item, for example because it arrived damaged or defective, contact us at support@tryblossm.com and we will arrange an exchange. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your Cube arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@tryblossm.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you. The Naya Cube is also covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects; defects discovered after the 30-day return window are handled under that warranty.

Membership & Subscription Cancellations

The Naya Cube is a one-time purchase. The Aware plan is free. Paid plans (Essential and Complete) are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time from your account or in the Naya app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until then. Subscription fees that have already been billed are non-refundable, and cancelling a paid plan does not affect your ownership of the Cube or your access to the free Aware plan.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naya is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you have questions, reach out to us at support@tryblossm.com and we will help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately after ordering and we will try to update it before the order ships. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and Naya is not responsible for paying them. Customs charges are not refundable.
